Harley started working at Bath & Biscuit in June 2016. Harley grew up on a horse farm and has always loved animals. She gained valuable experience working with all kinds of dogs in her 5 years employed at the Owen Sound Animal Shelter. Harley continued her education in the animal industry and has taken a veterinary assistant course. You may also recognize her as the new receptionist at North Heritage Animal Hospital in Owen Sound.
Kate lives with her family on a horse farm just outside of Durham. She enjoys spending time with her dogs and horses and also coaches western riding lessons.
Kate began her career as a dog groomer in 2004 by volunteering at Ardiel Animal Hospital. She immediately was drawn to the grooming salon in the clinic and spent a year apprenticing under their groomer. Kate went on to work at the hospital as their main groomer for 10 years. She also gained valuable experience working in other animal hospitals and pet salons before deciding to take the leap and open her own salon. It has been a long time dream of Kate’s to own a grooming salon and Bath & Biscuit came from dream to reality in January 2016.

Star is very passionate about animals and has been working around our furry friends for 6 years. She started volunteering with the Georgain Triangle Humane Society when she was 14 and then spent 3 years learning about animal care while working at a local vet clinic. She has gained lots of knowledge about the well-being for our animals and also has lots of experience with handling all different dog breeds. She is excited grow in the field and be pursuing a career in professional grooming.
